Any information solicited or received from readers, members or participants in any contests, giveaways or any other method of collecting information will not be sold or given to any outside source not directly connected with or participants of, activities associated with those of the Upper Andro Anglers Alliance.

This information will remain under the control of the UAAA (Upper Andro Anglers Alliance). The UAAA may distribute to participating members, sponsors and advertisers contact information, including email addresses, physical mailing address and telephone numbers for the purpose of creating mailing lists for marketing purposes.

UAAA will gather and compile email addresses, physical mailing addresses and telephone numbers for the purpose of communicating in the form of e-newsletters or mailings pertinent to the activities associated with the UAAA.

All electronic mailings will be constructed in such a way that at anytime a recipient can unsubscribe by following directions contained within the e-mail. Unsubscribing has no affect on eligibility for contests or prizes administered by the UAAA and its associates or representatives.
